The next issue is interest. We can’t really listen to people and communicate with our team until we are interested in them. A common pitfall is trying to make the team an interesting one or get people to be interested in what we do as we. It may work for a time. Little wonder why people in the team we supposed should be interested in and still look outside? Something is getting their interest, and that is a distraction to them and the team. The human message is a complex mix of our oral and body language, with our actions and dealings with them and others both present and past. Communication is a key ingredient in leadership. Communication is a much talked about subject in leadership. The question is how does it affect leadership? It is a serious matter in leadership, because we can’t lead effectively without effective communication. In simple terms communication means the act or ability to pass an intended message. Most time the crises in leadership is that we assume we’re communicating, but surprisingly many of these times we do not. We only talk. It can never be a team thing until we can effectively communicate our ideas, intentions, believes and thoughts. It is important we analyze and measure our communication tools and diligently apply them. People's needs are different therefore communication does not come easy. Not to say much of what that means, the eldest servant we believer had enough of discernment, and training under the patriarch to function in the capacity he had been charged. Some of us are far from knowing what a church is. Well, I don’t know what to call your local assembly. May be at best we can say it’s a social gathering, as someone rightly said “after Facebook it’s church”. And when you speak in this manner here, beware they will scourge you in their synagogue. Some time ago a young boy ate cocoyam and said it was yam. That’s what we have made out of the church. It’s badly twisted that we have completely lost it flavor and definition in every sense. Simplicity, beauty, power, fellowship is out of it. It has been hijacked and sincere seekers cries out ‘they have taken my Lord and I know not where they laid Him. Ardent lovers of our Lord, religious fanatic or extremist as they choose to call them, still seek and yell at the top of their voices to restore sanity to our father’s house. As I embark upon this study, there were in my heart practically some idols which made me at first to give up because I never found what my heart was expecting. The bible gave so little of that which I thought wisdom to be. Firstly, I thought wisdom was chiefly in learning, knowledge, understanding, skills, tactics, inventions, which actually in part it is. To make it more clear, the major confusion I had was in the type of knowledge, understanding, and learning wisdom offers. Without hesitating, I will like to open to us the anatomy of wisdom as found in the scriptures and the great benefit of possessing this wisdom. Knowing what wisdom is, is crucial to receiving it. It is important so that we may not possess the counterfeit and mistake it for the true. The relatives of wisdom: wisdom is greatly mistaken by many because they judge it on a ‘standalone’ basis.
